「因于通塞二種妄塵，發聞居中，吸此塵像，名嗅聞性。此聞離彼通塞二塵，畢竟無體。」

"Conditioned by the two kinds of delusive dust, unobstructedness and obstruction, smelling is produced within them and absorbs these images of dust, being named the nature of smelling. This smelling, apart from the two dusts of unobstructedness and obstruction, ultimately has no substance."
