「汝等見聞元無異性，眾塵隔越，無狀異生，性中相知，用中相背，同異失準，相織妄成，是第五重，名為命濁。」

"Your seeing and hearing originally have no different nature, but separated by the many dusts, they inexplicably arise differently. Within their nature they know each other, but in their function they turn their backs on each other; identity and difference lose their standard. Intertwined, they falsely form [life]; this is the fifth layer, called the turbidity of life span."
