「如鼻嗅聞，通出入息，有出有入而闕中交，驗於鼻根三分闕一，當知鼻唯八百功德。」

"As when the nose smells and senses, functioning during the outgoing and incoming breaths; having outgoing and incoming, it lacks the intermediate juncture. Examining the nose faculty, three parts lack one; you should know that the nose has only eight hundred virtues."
