阿難白佛言：「世尊！如來雖說第二義門，今觀世間解結之人，若不知其所結之元，我信是人終不能解。」
Ānanda addressed the Buddha, saying: "World-Honoured One, although the Tathāgata has spoken of the second doctrinal approach, when I now observe people in the world who untie knots, if they do not know the origin of the knot, I believe that such people will ultimately be unable to untie it."
