持戒修身，禁防塵染，觀身實相塵自不生，能分別心依何所有，是故身心通達自在。
Upholding the precepts and cultivating the body, one guards against the defilements of dust. Contemplating the true mark of the body, dusts naturally do not arise; on what could the discriminating mind depend for existence? Therefore, body and mind are thoroughly comprehended and masterly.
