「觀於身中水性無奪，初從涕唾，如是窮盡津液、精血、大小便利，身中旋復，水性一同。見水身中與世界外浮幢王剎諸香水海等無差別。」

"I contemplated the nature of water in my body as non-conflicting, beginning from nasal mucus and saliva, and thus fully examining tears, secretions, essence, blood, feces, and urine. Flowing and revolving in the body, the nature of water was all identical. I saw that the water in my body was equal to and no different from the various seas of fragrant water in the worlds of floating banners outside the world."
