內德不充，外用不起。以金剛三昧熏本四無量心，由斯果證，實德現前，故成四事俱不思議無作而現。

If inner virtue is not abundant, outer function does not arise. Using the vajra-samādhi to perfume the original four immeasurables, through this fruition-realization, true virtue appears before one; hence four things are accomplished, all manifesting without contrivance as inconceivable.
