「二者、由我聞思脫出六塵，如聲度垣不能為礙，故我妙能現一一形、誦一一呪，其形、其呪能以無畏施諸眾生，是故十方微塵國土皆名我為施無畏者。」

"Second, because my hearing and reflection broke free from the six dusts, like sound passing through a wall without hindrance, I can wondrously manifest each and every form and chant each and every dhāraṇī; those forms and dhāraṇīs can bestow fearlessness upon sentient beings, and therefore lands [as numerous as] dust motes in the ten directions all call me the Bestower of Fearlessness."
