眾生愛統諸天，菩薩現為帝釋，說上品十善，令戒根清淨，生地居頂，住善見宮，為忉利王也。
Living beings love to lead all devas; the Bodhisattva appears as Śakra and expounds the superior ten virtues, causing their root of precepts to be pure, so that they are born atop the terrestrial abode, reside in the Palace of Good Sight (Sudarśana), and become king of the Trāyastriṃśa heaven.
