姦欺盈抱，潛護如淳，詐偽充懷，隱藏若拙。苟求不與之利，詃誘無識之人。猛熾其貪，顯異其語，令彼愚者頓棄家財，仍遭王難，故云耗散。

With treacherous deception filling their bosoms, they secretly protect it as if pure; with fraudulence stuffing their minds, they hide it as if clumsy. Selfishly seeking benefits not given to them, they entice and seduce ignorant people. Fiercely blazing with greed, they utter bizarre statements, causing those fools to suddenly discard their family wealth and still run into troubles with the authorities; hence it says 'depleted and scattered.'
