「汝教世人修三摩地，後斷偷盜，是名如來先佛世尊第三決定清淨明誨。」

"When you teach worldly people to cultivate samādhi, they must afterwards cut off stealing. This is called the third decisive, pure, and clear instruction of the Tathāgata and previous Buddha World-Honoured Ones."
