「若有女人內政立身，以修家國，我於彼前現女主身及國夫人、命婦、大家而為說法，令其成就。」

"If there are women who establish themselves through inner governance to regulate house and state, I appear before them in the body of a queen, imperial consort, noble dame, or matriarch, and expound the Dharma for them, causing them to achieve [their wish]."
