陰陽之精為日月。風、雨、雲、雷各有主者。逐年巡察世間善惡者，名巡官也。
The essences of yin and yang are the sun and the moon. Wind, rain, clouds, and thunder each have their presiding masters. Those who inspect the good and evil of the world year by year are called巡-officers.
