著謂住著，即留礙也。一塵現十方，是現界。不壞一塵相，是現塵。世界、微塵各不相妨，此即大小自在。由此菩薩住不思議解脫，故得此用。

'Attachment' means abiding attachment, that is, hindrance and obstruction. One dust particle manifesting the ten directions is 'manifesting the realms.' Not destroying the characteristic of the single dust particle is 'manifesting the dust.' Worlds and dust particles do not hinder each other; this is precisely the sovereignty of the large and the small. Because this bodhisattva abides in the inconceivable liberation, he attains this application.
