精真發明，智顯也；地如佛地，理現也。智冥理體無二無別，智遍理遍名至一切處。

'The essential and true being revealed and illuminated' means wisdom is revealed. 'The ground is like the Buddha ground' means principle manifests. Wisdom merging with the essence of principle is non-dual and without distinction; wisdom being pervasive and principle being pervasive is called 'reaching all places.'
