8.201

The first phrase gathers the preceding. "Unobstructed throughout the ten directions": once one can be identical to dharmas yet free from characteristics, one is not bound by dharmas of mind or objective realm; hence it says "unbound." Being unbound, one is sovereign and unhindered; hence it says "liberation." The characteristic of this liberation is originally free in its nature as well, hence both [bondage and liberation] are absent.
