即俗而真，唯一妙覺；即真而俗，因果不亡。此義雙融，方為圓了。阿難所問頗稱佛心，故歎快哉，自除邪見。

Conventional as identical to absolute: there is only the single wondrous awakening. Absolute as identical to conventional: cause and effect are not annihilated. Only when these two meanings fuse is there perfect completeness. Ānanda's question conformed well to the Buddha's mind, so he praised it as 'splendid,' naturally eliminating wrong views.
