忻外勝境，不由情染。想既輕清，自然飛動，報當超越也。已上總而略明，未細分別善惡。

They aspire to superior external realms, not driven by defilement of emotion. Since thought is light and clear, it naturally flies and moves, so the retribution will surely be transcendent. The above broadly and briefly explained it, without yet finely distinguishing good and evil.
