服餌者，即食麻仁、草木之實，存形長久，一期壽永，輕舉未能，此道若成，名地行仙也。

'Ingested draughts' means consuming hemp seeds and the fruits of herbs and trees, preserving the form for a long time so that the single-period lifespan is prolonged; yet they cannot fly aloft. If this path is completed, they are named earth-roaming immortals.
