草木者，即飡松、噉柏之類。草木輕故，餌即體輕，由是飛行不墜於地。
'Herbs and trees' means consuming pine [needles], eating cypress, and the like. Because herbs and trees are light, ingesting them makes the body light; thereby they fly without falling to the ground.
