消息養和，運用榮衛，神氣久著能履虛空，功用既成身堅壽永，名空行也。
Regulating and nourishing harmony, directing the nutritive and defensive qi, their spirit and qi being applied for long, they are able to tread upon empty space; once their functional effort is completed, the body is firm and life prolonged; they are called void-roaming.
