戒定既圓，從此發慧，即轉前三障純成智慧。慧光發明瑩十方界，即慧義也。
"Precepts and samādhi being already complete, wisdom is brought forth from this; that is, the former three obstacles are transformed purely into wisdom. The brilliance of wisdom shines forth and illumines the worlds of the ten directions, which is the meaning of 'wisdom'."
