「阿難！是四空天身心滅盡，定性現前，無業果色，從此逮終，名無色界。」
"Ānanda, in these four formless heavens, body and mind are completely extinguished; the nature of concentration appears before them, and there is no karmically resultant form. From this point until their end is named the Formless Realm."
