9.13

「身心妙圓，威儀不缺，清淨禁戒，加以明悟，是人應時能統梵眾，為大梵王。如是一類名大梵天。」

"‘When body and mind are wonderfully perfected, deportment is complete and unfailing, and pure prohibitive precepts are augmented by luminous awakening, such a person can at that time govern the Brahmā retinue and become a Great Brahmā King. Such a class is called the Heaven of the Great Brahmā.’"
