結輪轉也。鬼倫、天趣，略舉四惡、三善之二也。有無相待，互成傾奪，升而復墜，有輪無初。

Concluding on transmigration. 'The category of ghosts' and 'the heavenly destiny' briefly cite two out of the four bad and three good [destinies]. Existence and non-existence depend on one another, mutually overturning each other; ascending and then falling back down, there is a wheel with no beginning.
