「阿難！彼善男子修三摩提，奢摩他中色陰盡者，見諸佛心如明鏡中顯現其像，若有所得，而未能用，猶如魘人手足宛然，見聞不惑，心觸客邪而不能動，此則名為受陰區宇。」

"Ānanda, when that good son cultivates samādhi and the aggregate of form has ended in śamatha, he sees the mind of the Buddhas as if an image were appearing in a clear mirror; he seems to have obtained something, yet cannot make use of it, just like a person paralyzed in a nightmare whose hands and feet are intact and whose seeing and hearing are not impaired, but whose mind is afflicted by an external evil and cannot move. This is called the boundary of the aggregate of sensation."
