「此名功用抑摧過越。悟則無咎，非為聖證，覺了不迷，久自銷歇。若作聖解，則有悲魔入其心腑，見人則悲，啼泣無限，失於正受，當從淪墜。」

"This is called the exertion of effort in suppressing and crushing exceeding the proper limit. If he awakens, there is no error; it is not a noble realization. If he is aware and not deluded, it will naturally subside after a long time. But if he adopts an interpretation of holiness, a demon of grief will enter his viscera, so that whenever he sees someone he will grieve and weep without end, losing right reception, and he will surely sink into ruin."
