男女佛者，貴引行人行貪欲事無妨成佛。洗滌本心者，本心修行俾離貪欲，今反行之，本心遂去，故云洗滌。

As for "male and female buddhas," this is prized as leading practitioners to practice lustful affairs without hindering the attainment of buddhahood. "Washes clean his original mind" means that the original mind cultivated practice in order to abandon lustful desire, but now he acts contrary to it, and his original mind is consequently cleared away; hence it says "washes clean."
