「汝今未須先取寂滅，縱得無學，留願入彼末法之中，起大慈悲，救度正心深信眾生，令不著魔，得正知見。我今度汝已出生死，汝遵佛語，名報佛恩。」

"Now, you need not yet take extinction; even if you attain the stage beyond learning, keep your vow to enter that final Dharma age, giving rise to great compassion to rescue and cross over sentient beings of upright mind and deep faith, so that they are not possessed by demons and attain correct knowledge and vision. Now I have saved you and you have already escaped birth and death; your compliance with the Buddha's words is called repaying the Buddha's kindness."
