9.407

據弘此經，合魔宮震動，凡夫不覺故也。如說四安樂行，正同此意。故文殊問云：於後惡世云何能說此經？佛令住四安樂行，廣說離譏毀等緣，豈非同此魔事耶。

According to this, propagating this sūtra must cause the demon palaces to tremble, though ordinary people do not perceive it. Preaching the four peaceful practices has precisely the same meaning. Therefore Mañjuśrī asked: 'In the evil age to come, how can one preach this sūtra?' The Buddha instructed him to abide in the four peaceful practices and spoke extensively on conditions such as staying free from mockery and slander; is this not identical to these demonic affairs?
