If any have the aspiration that their minds become luminous and awakened, their bodily radiance pure, to be born in the four dhyānas and not be defiled by the dust of afflictions of the desire realm, [the Bodhisattva] appears for them as a Brahmā king and expounds the teaching of the four dhyānas, the sequence of cultivating and realizing entering and emerging from the dhyāna factors, causing them to transcend desire and be born in the Brahmā world.
