7.10

Mātaṅgī possessed past habits of lust; now attaining freedom from desire, this is the severing of the karmic affliction obstacle. Presently a prostitute, she now attained the state of no-more-learning; this is the transformation of the karmic retribution obstacle. With no intention to cultivate, upon encountering this divine mantra she still attained the sage fruit; how much more so for those with the aspiration to seek the unexcelled path of awakening, determined in their cultivation—bolstered by the mantra's power, what difficulty or danger could prevent them from arriving!
