"This refers to obtaining supreme virtues, which is the manifestation of the principle realized. 'Appear' means to become manifest. Principle, wisdom, and practice are termed the secret, the perfect, and the pure; these are the three virtues of nirvāṇa. Each single virtue is endowed with all dharmas, and the three and the one are unobstructed; therefore, they are termed 'wondrous'. These three kinds of dharmas are realized by all Buddhas, are the virtues of the fruit of Buddhahood, and encompass all the Buddhadharmas of the ten directions and the three times. Now, they are manifested in this single thought, penetrating without obstruction; hence it is said, 'all appear within it.'"
