1.22

問：若三聖俱請，何意獨標題稱請觀音？答：正言智慧是除毒之對治，對治義強，總略為言，故止標一人，得意具三義也。

Question: If all three sages are invited together, for what reason does the title exclusively say "Invoking Guanyin"? Answer: Truly because wisdom is the antidote that eliminates poison, and since the sense of the antidote is strong, it is stated summarily and briefly, and thus only one person is designated; understanding the underlying idea, it encompasses all three meanings.
