1.33

「契道」者，謂契會真道，即入初住分證三德之時也。至此位時，修性一合無復分張，故云「同歸一理」。

"Tallying with the path" means tallying with and meeting the true path, which is precisely the time when one enters the first abiding stage and partially realizes the three virtues. When reaching this stage, cultivation and nature unite as one without further divergence; hence it is said, "together converging into a single principle."
