「但逗」下，明隨機立號。宜聞者即隨其所聞有四悉益，所以各立一號。

"Merely accommodating..." and what follows explains the establishment of designations according to receptive capacities. Those suited to hear receive the benefits of the four siddhāntas according to what they hear; this is why distinct designations are established for each.
