1.82

「次明智」下者，夫境智二法不分而分，故前釋境乃對智明，今文釋智還約境說，是知境非智莫顯、智非境莫成，義雖相仍，文有傍正。

From "Next, clarifying wisdom" downward: Objects and wisdom are two phenomena that are not divided yet divided; therefore the preceding explanation of objects was clarified in contrast to wisdom, and the present text's explanation of wisdom is likewise stated in terms of objects. Thus we know that objects are not revealed without wisdom, and wisdom is not completed without objects. Although their meanings are mutually dependent, the text has primary and secondary focuses.
