「神光駭集」者，如《法華》放光動地，《淨名》合蓋現土。駭，驚也。集，謂集眾。
Regarding “Divine light astonishingly assembling [the multitude]”: like the emitting of light and shaking of the earth in the Lotus Sūtra, or the uniting of parasols to display the lands in the Vimalakīrti Sūtra. 'Astonishing' means startling. 'Assembling' means assembling the assembly.
