經「人非人」者，人即四眾；非人即天龍等。或云：人非人是疑神。

As for the sūtra's "humans and non-humans," "humans" refers to the four assemblies; "non-humans" refers to the heavenly beings, dragons, and so forth. Alternatively, it is said that "non-humans" refers to doubtful spirits (kimnaras).
