3.26

「不動」下，解往毘舍離也。舍離之處即是寂光，故云不動。此寂光土唯佛究竟，故云「至實相」等。廣包百界萬善莊嚴，故曰「廣嚴」。

From "unmoving" onward, it explains going to Vaiśālī. The place of Vaiśālī is precisely the Tranquil Light, hence it is called unmoving. This land of Tranquil Light is consummate only for buddhas, hence it says "reaching the true aspect" and so forth. Broadly encompassing the hundred realms and adorned with the myriad goods, it is therefore called "Vast and Adorned" (Guangyan).
