3.49

「設有」下，解設有業障也。「假設」者，業障本空，妄想故有，故知業障是假設也。「但設」者，業種至多，但有一法屬業障攝，皆為神呪所破也。

From "If there are..." onward, it explains "if there are karmic obstacles." "Hypothetical": karmic obstacles are fundamentally empty and exist only due to delusive thoughts; thus one knows that karmic obstacles are hypothetical. "Merely suppose": kinds of karma are exceedingly numerous; if there is merely a single dharma subsumed under karmic obstacles, all are shattered by the divine dhāraṇī.
