Regarding "like the forbearance of non-arising," the Pañcaviṃśati states, "The dharma of non-arising is itself the Buddha." This has the same meaning as dhāraṇī, but it also extends to the causal stage. Regarding "resembles the initial stage," it resembles the stage of purity of the six sense faculties, returning from the provisional to enter emptiness. It does not dare to make a definitive judgment, hence it says "resembles."
