二由具二非，假緣不足者。《四分》中：若為比丘作羯磨，以比丘尼足數，式叉尼、沙彌、沙彌尼、十三難人、被三舉人、滅擯、應滅擯人，二十二種。

Second, those who do not make up the quorum due to possessing two flaws, even relying on conditions: in the Dharmaguptaka Vinaya, if a karman is performed for a bhikṣu, using to make up the quorum a bhikṣuṇī, a śikṣamāṇā, a śrāmaṇera, a śrāmaṇerikā, a person with thirteen obstacles, a person subjected to the three formal censures, one who has been expelled, or one who ought to be expelled—there are twenty-two kinds.
