言威儀者，如《僧祇》中：行作法事，坐則非法。《五分》：病人背羯磨，佛言別眾。《四分》：六群不坐，佛訶責之。理非和相，別眾中說。如行時食，食住則犯足。相同《僧祇》。

Regarding posture (īryāpatha): as in the Mahāsāṃghika Vinaya, if the legal act is performed while walking, sitting is contrary to the Dharma. In the Pañcavargika Vinaya, when a sick person turned his back on the karman, the Buddha stated it was a separate saṃgha. In the Dharmaguptaka Vinaya, when the group of six did not sit, the Buddha rebuked them. In principle this is not the mark of harmony, and is explained under separate saṃgha. Just as when eating while walking, if one stops while eating, an offense is incurred. The condition is the same as in the Mahāsāṃghika Vinaya.
