1.280

若標內有村，縱自然內不欲取村者，當繞村唱內相，後唱外相，作法結成。村內比丘，不須外集。

If there is a village within the markers, and even though it is within the natural [boundary] one does not wish to include the village, one should circle the village and proclaim the inner marks, and afterwards proclaim the outer marks, performing the karman to demarcate and complete it. Bhikṣus within the village do not need to be assembled outside.
