就中分五：一約化制二教，明相不同；二約僧制眾食，以論通塞；三約法就時，對人以明；四約處就用以明；五眾主教授之相。

Within this, there are five divisions: First, clarifying the difference in characteristics regarding the two teachings of conversion and regulation; second, discussing permission and prohibition regarding saṃgha regulations and communal food; third, clarifying regarding the Dharma in relation to time and against persons; fourth, clarifying regarding place and use; fifth, the characteristics of the head of the assembly instructing and teaching.
