上已略述難相，而遮事非一，律中略問十六，自餘受法廣明。皆言不應，亦有得不得者。

Above, the characteristics of the impediments have been briefly explained; however, disqualifying conditions are more than one. In the Vinaya, sixteen are briefly asked about, and the rest are extensively clarified in the procedures for ordination. They all state that one 'should not,' yet there are also cases where one obtains or does not obtain [the precepts].
