二眾具者。律中舍羅、燈火、水瓶、坐具等，年少比丘先須辨之；華香莊嚴，準前早辨。

Second, communal requisites. In the Vinaya, śalākās, lamps, water pitchers, sitting mats, and so on, must first be prepared by junior bhikṣus; flower and incense adornments should be prepared early, in accordance with what was said before.
