十三洲界者。《善見》云：十四肘內不失衣。若有人來往，衣不隨身者失。
Thirteenth is the island boundary (dvīpa-sīmā). The Samantapāsādikā states: Within fourteen cubits one does not forfeit the robes. If people come and go, and the robes do not accompany one's body, they are forfeited.
