2.14

《十誦》重犯，不同此律。同名之罪，則有重犯；同種之罪，則無重犯。此據初篇以言。故文云：學悔沙彌犯僧殘，令次第僧中行覆藏，六夜出罪等。餘如別部中說。

In the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, repeated offenses differ from this vinaya. For offenses of the same name, there are repeated offenses; for offenses of the same type, there are no repeated offenses. This is spoken with reference to the first class. Therefore the text says: for a śrāmaṇera studying repentance who commits a saṃghāvaśeṣa, he is made to practice concealment in the successive saṃgha, and undergo the mānatva of six nights for rehabilitation, and so forth. The rest is as explained in the sections on other schools.
